Our products are handmade in Brooklyn and all our ingredients are sourced in the US. Our sustainable ceramic vessels are made in China and can be repurposed as a planter, decor item or returned back to us to be reused- Please contact info@enomanyc.com if you would like to return your vessel. Our flameless USB rechargeable lighter is made in China and can be charged and used for years.

SHIPPING AND ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1-2 days. Express orders placed before 2pm EST Monday- Friday will be processed the same day.
Your package will arrive within 2-5 business days of processing. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Yes we ship and depending on the shipping method you choose, turn around can take anywhere from 5 to 14 business days to deliver

What is a melt pool?
The melt pool is the layer of melted wax that's created each time you burn a candle. To get the most burn time out of your candle, make sure it extends to the edges of the container before blowing out your candle.

What is cold throw and what is hot throw?
The cold throw is the release of fragrance when the candle is at room temperature, unlit, and therefore the wax is solid. The hot throw is the release of fragrance when the candle is lit. Our fragrances are designed to perform the best hot and cold throw for you to enjoy the scents, whether or not the candle is lit.

I've heard I need to trim the wick. Why?
Absolutely! Trim your everytime before lighting your candle after the first burn. before lighting your candle. This will keep the candle from smoking and will allow for a clean burn.

My candle isn't burning to the edge of the container.! How do I stop this from happening?
The first burn is the most important! When you bring your new candle home and light it for the first time, make sure you'll be around for a while. Light the candle, and let it burn in a draft-free area until the pool of melted wax reaches the edges of the container. This can take up to three hours, so be patient! If you don't allow the candle to burn to the edges on the first burn, it most likely won't ever get there on future burns. If for any reason the wick becomes off-center while burning, always be sure to blow it out and recenter it before the wax dries.

I need my candles tomorrow. Can you overnight them?
We usually need 1 business days to process orders (If you place your order Monday night, we will ship either on Tuesday or Wednesday). If you absolutely need us to ship the same day, we’ll do our best to rush your order. You must choose overnight or UPS Next day Air shipping option at checkout in order to get your candles in time.
- Do you sell wholesale Yes we do. Please email info@enomanyc to get more information on wholesale terms and minimums. Wholesale orders typically can’t usually be rushed as more production is involved. We need at least 1-2weeks to complete a wholesale order.

How do I repurpose my candle?
1. When only 1/2 inch of wax remains, do not burn as that's not safe.
2. To remove left over wax, Use a spoon to scoop out the wax and wick, and wipe out any excess wax using a small rag. Feel free to wash the container with warm water, too. A dab of rubbing alcohol helps to remove wax and can go a long way in removing greasy residue.
3. You can repurpose your Jar to become a planter, decor item or a holder for makeup or office supplies. You can also send it back to us after cleaning. Please reach out to us on info@enomanyc if you would like to return your empty jar
